Completion of the project for the preparation of the Annual Financial Statements as at 31/12/2009 according to I.A.S./I.F.R.S. for the Group "BIOIATRIKI", with the use of the innovative tool iKO-200, involving:

a) seminars related to the Group on issues I.A.S./I.F.R.S.(to be placed for September 2010),

b) preparation of the Annual Financial Statements as at 31/12/2009 according to I.A.S./I.F.R.S. for the companies of the Group “BIOIATRIKI” (BIOIATRIKI S.A., BIOCLINIC S.A., IATRIKI DIAGNOSI S.A., SYGXRONO DIAGNOSTIKO S.A., EURODIAGNOSI S.A., GENIKI KLINIKI GALINOS, LEUKOS STAUROS).
