In the acquisition of 41% of C. & P. Dellas Tsakanikas Trading SA, which is based in Athens Agios Ioannis Rentis, instead of the total amount of 980 million drachmas, proceeded Kreka.

The company DELLAS C. & P. TSAKANIKAS MEAT TRADING SA has significant continuous presence for more than 30 years in the Greek meat market. The company is mainly engaged in trading of imported fresh meat through the store in the central vegetable market in Renti.

In Bizani of Ioannina the company has a modern slaughterhouse of three rows at a plot of 21,364 sq.m. with covered surface of 2,571 sq.m.

The project is sponsored under Reg (EEC) 866/90 with specifications controlled and imposed by the European Union, of total cost 1008 billion drachmas and was completed in 2001.

The sales network serves the counties of Aitoloakarnania - Achaia and Attica. Following the acquisition, the consolidated turnover of the company KREKA SA at year-end is being forecasted to around 9 billion drachmas and the obligations of any kind will vary in the amount of 5.2 billion drachmas and finally the profit for the year 2001 will be 800 billion of drachmas. Addition to the above mentioned no other developments are related to the company's activities.
