Completion of corporate split of the commercial company of retail commerce of oil products KAOIL KOUTLA BROTHERS SA in N. Greece (Thessaloniki), with a network of 240 sales branches and installations in Samothraki, Thessaloniki and Almyro in Volos, into two subordinate S.A.'s for the interests of each of the both basic shareholders groups, according to the regulations of C.L. 2190/1920 and L. 2166/1993 and with the Net Book Value of the divided S.A. of about 5,0 million euros.
