Preparation of the financial statements according to IAS/IFRS for the Group "ΒΙΟΙΑΤRΙΚΗ" (medical sector, medical radiation physics services)

New project for the preparation of the financial statements as at 31/12/2007 (first implementation) according to IAS/IFRS for the Group "ΒΙΟΙΑΤRΙΚΗ" (medical sector, medical radiation physics services) involving:
a) seminars on issues IAS/IFRS at a group of 10-15 accountants of all the Group's accounting / financial departments,
b) preparation of the financial statements as at 31/12/2007 (first implementation) according to IAS/IFRS of the Company and the Group,
c) planning and analysis of the MIS reports according to IAS/IFRS.
The implementation of the project is expected latest February 2008.

Completion of the project for the preparation of the financial statements as at 31/12/2008 according to I.A.S./I.F.R.S. for the Group "BIOIATRIKI", with the use of the innovative tool iKO-200, involving:

• seminars related to the Group on issues I.A.S./I.F.R.S.,
• preparation of the financial statements as at 31/12/2008 according to I.A.S./I.F.R.S. for the companies of the Group "BIOIATRIKI" (BIOIATRIKI S.A., BIOCLINIC S.A., IATRIKI DIAGNOSI S.A., SYGXRONO DIAGNOSTIKO S.A., EURODIAGNOSI S.A., GENIKI KLINIKI GALINOS, LEUKOS STAUROS)
